It started with an annoying discovery in Pune — the same biryani cost ₹80 more on the app than at the restaurant. So we called the restaurant, booked a Rapido, and still came out ahead. That moment became a company.
The Discovery
After seven years in Pune, we'd used every food delivery app. We noticed the same pattern: menu prices on apps were always higher than what the restaurant actually charged. Platform fees piled on top. GST calculated on inflated numbers. The final bill was always a surprise.
We asked a simple question: what if the platform just didn't take a commission? What if restaurants kept 100% and customers paid what the food actually costs?
